Check out our latest project! This basement remodel was designed with both function and relaxation in mind. The homeowners envisioned a multipurpose retreat featuring a custom-built bathroom with steam shower, a dedicated workout space, and a small, tailored wine cellar.

The bathroom was the standout element of the project, blending high-performance features with refined finishes. The luxurious steam shower was custom-built with large-format tile and a built-in quartzite bench to create a sleek, spa-inspired look. The shower features high-end components including a Thermasol steam generator, digital shower controls and dual shower heads. The system offers steam therapy, aromatherapy and chromatherapy functions to help the homeowners unwind.

The adjacent home gym features an exposed ceiling which was painted to create a raw, modern feel. Space near the stairwell was thoughtfully utilized by installing full height cabinets for excess pantry storage. A custom iron stair railing complements the room nicely.

A former coal room was transformed into a climate-controlled wine cellar, featuring a quartzite counter space and custom steel vault door, complete with fingerprint lock. The small footprint was reimagined into a statement area that balances utility and design.

Throughout the finished basement, new LVT flooring and lighting help maintain a clean, cohesive feel. Some original elements of the home, like the laundry chute, were preserved and thoughtfully integrated into the new layout, adding character and honoring the home’s history.

Take a look at our latest project! For this interior renovation, our client wanted a more functional space that better reflected their lifestyle. We relocated the kitchen to the former family room, which provided enough space for a large island with stool seating. We added a new three-panel slider to bring in more natural light. The result is a kitchen that works beautifully for both daily life and entertaining. Touches like painted shaker-style cabinetry, quartz countertops, and a custom range hood complete the clean, neutral look.

We also reimagined other areas of the home to improve flow and function. A portion of the original kitchen and nearby powder room were transformed into a full bathroom with a walk-in shower, single-sink vanity, and accessibility features, including a wide doorway and shower grab bars. Every detail was thoughtfully planned to create a cohesive, contemporary space that feels just right for the homeowners.

The owners of this Lakewood home wanted to expand their living space while remaining in the neighborhood they love. Like many homeowners, they sought to ensure that the new addition blended seamlessly with the existing structure, both inside and out.

To achieve this, we designed and built a second-floor addition above the existing single-story section of the home, creating a new master suite complete with a spacious bedroom, a master bathroom, walk-in closet, and a convenient laundry area. Multiple floor plan options were evaluated to determine the ideal arrangement for comfort, functionality and flow.

The master bathroom was carefully planned to balance both style and practicality. The large, tiled walk-in shower features a frameless glass entrance, a built-in bench, and a wide-spanning wall niche for plenty of storage. The space features a beautiful double-sink vanity and separate makeup vanity with ample cabinet space.

Natural light was enhanced through the addition of a 14” sun tunnel located in the center of the room, creating a bright and inviting atmosphere. Extreme attention to detail and craftsmanship is evident throughout, particularly in the custom tilework and millwork that integrate effortlessly into the home’s existing aesthetic.

On the exterior, thoughtful measures were taken to maintain architectural continuity. A new roof was installed, and vinyl siding was carefully selected in a color and style that matched the existing home. Double-hung wood windows, true to the original character of the house, were installed to reinforce the home’s timeless appeal. Inside, salvaged doors and hardware were repurposed, further ensuring that the new spaces felt cohesive with the rest of the home.

The end result is a beautifully integrated master suite that enhances both form and function – providing a private retreat the homeowners can enjoy for many years to come.

In the heart of this Cleveland home, a dated and inefficient kitchen needed transformation. The existing layout posed challenges, with limited counter space, minimal storage, and a lack of proper ventilation. Our goal was to blend contemporary style with added function to create a revitalized space our client could enjoy for years to come.

The new kitchen features quarter-sawn white oak cabinetry and engineered quartz counter tops. Additional features include a panel-ready dishwasher, modern ceiling, and under-cabinet lighting, a recessed wall niche behind the range, and resilient luxury vinyl tile (LVT) flooring.

To create a more open and inviting atmosphere, we partially removed the wall that separated the kitchen and dining room, making it easier for family and friends to gather and interact. We closed off a previous doorway to the hallway to create additional cabinet and counter space. The addition of a properly vented range hood addressed a critical deficiency from the previous kitchen.

Storage space was a concern for our client, especially in the pantry area. Our solution was to introduce cabinetry with innovative organizational features, ensuring every inch of space is optimized.

One of the standout features of this revamped kitchen is the custom-fabricated suspended wood shelves, offering both functional storage and a touch of style, serving as a conversation piece in the newly designed space.

By listening carefully to understand our client’s vision, we were able to create a stylish and efficient new kitchen that is a pleasure to use.

When this Cleveland home was originally built in 1900, kitchens were simpler and occupied significantly less space. The subsequent homeowners' attempts to modernize this kitchen were always hindered by the original layout, resulting in inefficiently scattered appliances. Our client's priorities included improving the layout, expanding storage, enhancing organization, and adding a mud room while maintaining the home's style.

Through our thorough design and planning, we resolved these layout challenges with structural changes, seamlessly blending traditional and modern elements that fits perfectly with our client’s preferred design aesthetic. The result is a more inviting and convenient space for the family's enjoyment for many years to come.

Take a look at our latest bathroom remodeling project in Rocky River! Our client’s vision was to remodel the outdated bathroom, replacing all fixtures and finishes to better accommodate their lifestyle. We incorporated several design features to enhance the space.

The walk-in shower was re-designed to include a bench and frameless glass door. Plumbing fixtures were relocated to make better use of available space. The highlight of the shower is the accent wall with wood grain tile laid in a diagonal pattern. The wood grain pattern is repeated throughout the room and coordinates beautifully with the champagne bronze hardware selected by the client. We replaced an existing makeup vanity with floor-to-ceiling custom cabinets that provide easily accessible storage.

We expanded the vanity to accommodate double sinks and added lighted mirrors for ample task lighting. A custom pocket door creates a smooth transition from the master bedroom while heated floors provide welcomed warmth when stepping out of the shower.

This is a space our clients can enjoy for years to come!

This master suite remodel began with our client’s desire to address the style and function of their master bathroom. The original layout of this 1980s bathroom wasn’t aesthetically pleasing or conducive to what the homeowners desired. Their top priorities included incorporating a double vanity sink, larger walk-in shower, a freestanding tub, and a larger walk-in closet. Through thoughtful design and planning, we were able to create floor plan options that maximized the usefulness of the existing space. We were able to tackle their entire wish list, and more.

Our client opted for a neutral palette that coordinates nicely with the rest of the home. The bathroom cabinets are quarter-sawn white oak with a light stained finish, which allows the wood grain to show in its natural beauty. The new layout provides ample storage space that’s easily accessible. The walk-in shower features custom tile, a large niche and a frameless hinged glass shower door. The freestanding tub features a floor mounted tub filler which adds to the spa-like aesthetic our client desired. The bathroom floors are heated and feature a custom herringbone tile pattern.

The remodeled suite includes a large walk-in closet with custom cabinetry. The bathroom features polished nickel fixtures and satin bronze cabinet hardware. The closet features brushed gold hardware, which contrasts beautifully with the white cabinetry. New wood flooring and base trim was installed throughout the bedroom and closet to provide a seamless flow that the homeowners will enjoy for years to come.

In addition to the master suite remodel, our team also renovated the home’s hallway bathroom which is primarily used by their children. Much like the master suite, the primary goals involved improving function and style. The top priority was converting the vanity from a single sink to double sinks. The tub/shower features custom tile work, while fixtures and finishes were selected to compliment the client’s design style.
