It’s been a real busy two weeks here at Rycor Home Services. We’ve got a large home in Fulton receiving complete interior paint work to hit the market. In Baltimore, we’ve got some interior and exterior updates for a historic home on Greenspring for a real estate transaction. A finished basement revamp for a prior client in Catonsville who had a pipe burst. And some replacement windows going in at one of our agents personal homes in Catonsville. Mix in a few home inspections along the way and it makes for a busy two weeks.

What a wonderful project for a wonderful client. We were introduced to our client in Frederick, Maryland through one of our real estate agents. We have helped them through their relocation to Maryland in several facets of improvements to their new home to them home. We have updated the kitchen by adding custom matching cabinetry and extending the size of the island. Cambria quartz countertops installed with full height backsplashes. A main level laundry was added. Completely renovated the hall bathroom. Several painting and lighting projects completed. Refinished the wood floors. Constructed and elevated a pad space and assembled their new greenhouse building. Took what was a standard deck and enclosed it into a beautiful screened in porch and finally removed the entire exterior and reinstalled zip paneling and a beautiful board and batten finish topped off with rough cedar accents at the front porch. As a final touch we had beautiful new insulated garage doors from Clopay.

Had a great night teaching a few future home inspectors. Very weird being on the opposite side of a classroom.

Just wrapped up this beautiful sage green kitchen from Bishop Cabinets for one of our longtime clients. This is one of her newest rental properties in Annapolis, Maryland, just blocks from downtown Annapolis in the Naval Academy. I just love the sage green with the quartz countertop.
