SPRING IS HERE!!!!!!!! This is the time of year that we clean our homes to get ready for summer. Why don't we give our pour Air conditioner a make over and get her ready for summer. See an air conditioner will work great when it's new because it is clean. The evaporator coil and condenser coil will collect dirt and stop your air flow causing your ac to struggle and when this happens your electric bill will be high and you not staying COOL. LET US COME OUT AND GO THROUGH YOUR UNIT. We will inspect all of your units electrical components, clean the condenser coil and evaporator coil to ensure that your ac unit will operate correctly at a minimum cost to you. Don't forget to get your A/C systems serviced. Cleaning of coils will lower outdoor coil temp causing your system to think it is cooler outside and it will perform at its peak performance. Replace indoor air filter every 30 days. If your system needs replacing due to it is old and not working properly, we can replace it with a high efficent system to lower your electric bill.
