The Quest for Santa: Tater, Tot, and Belle
In a snowy glen where the pine trees sway,
Three goldens woke on Christmas Day.
Tater the bold, with a bark full of cheer,
Tot the wild, who chased reindeer,
And Belle the wise, with a nose for clues—
All sniffed the wind for jolly news.
But Santa was missing! No sleigh in the sky,
No jingling bells, no reindeer to fly.
The cookies untouched, the stockings still bare—
Something was wrong in the frosty air.
So off they trotted through snowdrifts deep,
Past icy ponds and hills so steep.
They followed a trail of peppermint crumbs,
And echoes of faint, faraway hums.
Then from the woods came a thunderous sound,
A towering figure stomped the ground.
Bigfoot appeared with a grin so wide,
Snowflakes clung to his shaggy hide.
“I know the way,” he said with a wink,
“To Santa’s hut by the frozen brink.
He’s stuck in a blizzard, lost in the storm—
Let’s fetch him quick and keep him warm!”
Through blinding snow and howling breeze,
They marched beneath the ancient trees.
Belle sniffed out the candy cane trail,
While Tot slid down a snowy dale.
Tater barked loud, “We’re almost there!”
And Bigfoot lifted them through the air.
They reached a cave with a glowing light,
And found old Santa—what a sight!
His sleigh was buried, his boots were wet,
His beard was tangled in a frosty net.
But he laughed with joy when he saw the crew:
“My golden friends! And Bigfoot too!”
They dug out the sleigh with paws and might,
And polished the reins ‘til they gleamed so bright.
Santa took off with a booming cheer,
“Thanks to you, I’ll save this year!”
Now every Christmas, when snowflakes fall,
Tater, Tot, and Belle recall—
The night they teamed with a legend tall,
To rescue Santa and save us all.
