My name is Tara Shackelford and I have been a Florist for over 15 years. I have been trained by Master designers have worked in many Flower shops. I can do anything a flower shop can do and usually a lot cheaper. I don't feel like you have to quadruple your prices to succeed. I will make quality arrangement at a fair price. First off, I want to thank everyone for all of your support of my business throughout the years! I have the best customers ever! As many of you already know I am also a rural mail carrier and I have to drive over an hour to my job every day. Due to this and some physical issues I need to close my business as of today. I don’t know for how long but I do know my goal is to open up a flower shop/special occasion decorator when I retire in 6 years so keep watching because I won’t be gone forever!!!! I know it has been awhile since I have posted on here, but yes I am still doing flowers!! If you didn’t already know I work at the post office full time. It gets a little hectic when I don’t have relief help at work and I’ve been working a lot since before Thanksgiving! It’s that time of year!!! As some of you know I received a full time job at the Post Office. That being said, with the help of my husband and daughter, we decided to keep my flower business going. So you might be getting replies from one of them. That being said, here is some pictures of my past work and the new 2020 price list. I’m going to start right away on all cemetery work except the grave blankets. I usually try to start them around the 10th to 15th depending on weather!
