It’s not every day I get to design a residence of this scale! While my team and I typically focus on beautifully optimized, modern footprint homes, diving into a large-scale mansion design near Watkins was an incredible experience.

Despite the sheer size and intricate details of a home this grand, the entire architectural and design process was incredibly straightforward. A massive thank you to our fantastic client—your clear vision, trust, and collaboration made bringing this expansive estate to life an absolute breeze.

From initial concept sketches to the final permitting drawings, watching this design take shape on the Colorado plains has been a highlight of the year.
