They’ve always been the best kids.
No matter how long the day’s been, they’re the first ones running out to meet me when I pull in. That kind of love hits different and it reminds me exactly why I keep going.
There were days I wanted to quit. Days the work felt too heavy, the pressure too real. But I didn’t give up because of them. They’ve been my reason, my push, and my reminder that what I’m building actually matters.
Our older kids? They’ve stepped up in ways most people don’t see. They’ve been helping Whitley and I build this every step of the way. Running around on estimates, lending a hand wherever it’s needed, learning the business and putting in real work. Not because they have to but because they want to.
This business isn’t just about floors, jobs, or growth it’s about family. It’s about showing them what hard work looks like, what loyalty means, and what it takes to build something from the ground up.
I’m thankful every day.
