This morning coffee spot is meant for lingering. Leaning into the mid century era of this home paid off. By blending materials like leather and linen blends and feminine floral prints, this room has balance.

This moody basement is ready for family movies and all the big games. Love how this family isn’t afraid of color and pattern. This will be a space for them to enjoy for years to come.

I love using fresh florals to brighten up a kitchen. Accessorizing a kitchen island can be tricky. By using a tray and accessorizing in odd numbers, it makes it easy. My go to vignette includes a vase with fresh florals, a bowl of fruit, and a candle. Happy spring!

A primary bath made for relaxing! Loving how the brushed nickel and neutral textured tile set the stage for relaxing mornings and calm nights. The natural light from the massive skylight, the recessed lighting, and task vanity lighting make this room well lit for every time of day making this bathroom a true retreat.

Navigating the process of a new home build is always challenging. The daily builder and contractor decisions, vendor shopping, and endless material options make decision fatigue a very real thing. I’m so happy this wonderful family is back in their new finished home. The pretty colors and textures are so welcoming. Welcome home!

What a tranquil retreat this primary bath turned out to be! The white hexagon floor tile with the pretty textured wall tile give this bathroom all the spa vibes. The pretty white oak vanity with travertine vanity light make for the perfect place to start and end busy days. These parents of three have quite the retreat now!
