A local contractor contacted us to spray foam his personal house. 7” of huntsman foam-lok 500 open cell foam on roof deck and 3.5 inches on walls. Also provided 2” of Huntsman highlift hfo closed cell foam in basement on exterior walls. It wasn’t an easy one but we knocked it out.

A local feed store contacted us to spray another storage container for them. Sprayed 2”+ on roof deck, sides, doors, and even the floor. Sprayed with an Akurate Dynamics rig.

Local contractor contacted us to spray a metal addition on a church. Applied 3”+ of Huntsman Hfo Highlift Closed Cell Foam on roof deck and 2”+ on walls. Sprayed with an akurate dynamics rig and of course the validation report shows we passed on ratio, temps and pressures.

Couple jobs we done today. 20’ conex box with 2” of Huntsman Hfo Closed Cell Foam.

It’s been a long rainy week, this is what we’ve been up to. Updating our older rig to an Akurate Dynamics system so we can prove to our customers that we are on ratio , pressures are good, and temps are good. Why is this needed? Because you can’t tell with the eye if you’re spraying good foam. We want to give our customers the best and to give them the best you have to have the best equipment. Here is a few pics of our new updated equipment. There is sensors in the hose to detect problems.
