At an active health campus, a large tower pad measuring 27 feet by 16 feet by 6 feet tall was removed through a carefully planned concrete cutting operation. The scope required three full horizontal cuts spaced 24 inches apart, followed by segmenting each lift into 16 individual pieces for safe handling and removal. Coordination with the excavation team was critical, as each section had to be rigged and removed in a specific west-to-east sequence. The project showcased precise planning, controlled cutting, and seamless teamwork to safely dismantle a substantial concrete structure.
