Looking for someone to do maintenance on customers homes, needs to be a hard worker, need your own tools, and reliable transportation

I need a reliable groundskeeper to come work for me, your own tools would be preferable but not required, basic knowledge of groundskeeping ie. tree trimming, grass cutting, brush removal etc.. I’ll put you on one job to begin and pay you $15/hour for it and if you do good work keep you as a groundskeeper full time and give raises as I see fit I’ve got a lot of work needs done and need good workers own vehicle required
