We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Individual to oversee the daily operations of our office. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in office management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. This role requires a detail-oriented individual who can maintain a productive work environment while supporting our team and ensuring smooth office operations.
Responsibilities
Manage and coordinate office schedules, ensuring effective calendar management for team members
Maintain office systems, including phone systems, ensuring proper etiquette and functionality.
Assist with human resources tasks such as onboarding new employees and maintaining employee records.
Develop and implement organizational processes to improve efficiency within the office.
Handle correspondence and communication in a professional manner, both in-person and over the phone.
Requirements
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage schedules effectively.
Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills.
Experience in supervising staff and managing teams is a plus
Familiarity with vendor management processes is a plus.
Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining a positive attitude.
