What a day.
We brought together local tree crews, industry professionals, and a whole lot of experience for a hands-on training day built around real work on a real job site. No classroom. No fluff. Just learning, sharing, asking questions, and pushing each other to get better.

The best part?
So many companies willing to show up, lean in, and raise the bar together. Tree work is technical. It’s demanding. It carries real risk. When we collaborate instead of compete, everyone goes home sharper and safer — and that’s the kind of momentum that moves an industry forward 📈

We’ve already had several companies reach out asking about next year — which tells us this is something worth continuing to build. Grateful for the turnout. Grateful for the professionals who donated their time. Already looking forward to doing it again🌲
