One of the joys of owning a business is having the opportunity to support kids that raise projects in 4-H. B.W. Layman & Sons Well Drilling just purchased this 4-H home-grown pig from this beautiful girl, Ana at the Alpena County Fair.

We were super busy before the tornado hit and are now on longer days than expected
Some jobs take longer than others.

We have 3 people answering phone calls and emails.
Several service technicians on no water calls as well as trying to keep our drilling schedule.

We appreciate your patience. We also just got our power back at our White Lake location.

Thank goodness for technology. Especially in Michigan winter! It is beautiful, though. Although I think this is a modern replica and not an actual, "hand-dug" well

Now that the snow is gone and the warm air, please take the time to look at your well head while you're outside and make sure there are no cracks or missing parts or damage.

While you're home listen if your pump is shutting off in an appropriate time and not running constantly or clicking on and off.

Things like this can run up your electric bill and create new problems. If you have any questions feel free to call. We are here to answer any questions
