I just finished the second Grizzly Corbel, so here are some photos.
Theses are one of a kind large Grizzly corbels that would be beautiful incorporated into a fireplace mantle, or oversized shelf. Each corbel is 16" tall, 10" wide and 12" deep. The wood is in it's natural state, so they could be stained to your preference .
The wood is hand selected, laminated Alder. They are unique and the detail and depth can only be fully appreciated when they are seen in person.

I finished the first of two bear corbels. I'm making the bears face a little different on the next one. The dimensions are 16 inches tall ,10 inches wide ,12 inches deep. I think they would look great as support for a fireplace mantle. thank you so much for looking.

This three elk in a stream door panel won best of show in woodworking at the Western Design Conference, in Jackson Hole Wyoming. It was built for an oversized entry door, and it was 31/2 inches thick. I love doing doors. I have a custom order for some oversize French doors that I get to do soon, really looking forward to it! This was a custom order that was one of my favorites. Each one of these animals represented parts of the family plus a spirit turtle. The cabin was a vacation home that they frequented. It was about 28" x 28",and about 3 inches thick. All carved out of one solid piece of wood.
