Continuing the transformation on this full home renovation, here’s the updated living and dining spaces.

This area was taken from dated and worn to clean, modern, and functional with:
• New ceiling texture throughout
• Full interior repaint
• Updated flooring
• New lighting
• Clean trim work to finish it out

If you’ve been following along, you’ve already seen the kitchen, bathrooms, and bedrooms—this is another major step in bringing the entire home together.

The before pictures speak for themselves…
These bedrooms had seen better days.

Outdated finishes, worn carpet, and a look that just didn’t match the rest of the home.

So we brought them back the right way — with a little humor along the way 😄

🛠️ What we did:
• Removed all existing carpet (it was time…)
• Installed brand new carpet throughout
• Fresh paint to brighten each room
• Updated trim and doors for a clean, consistent finish

Now the result 👇

✔️ Clean, soft carpet in every bedroom
✔️ Bright, simple, modern feel
✔️ Spaces that actually feel comfortable and livable
✔️ Fully move-in ready

Went from:
👉 “we’ll deal with it later”
to
👉 “this room’s claimed already”

There was NO way we were leaving the bathrooms behind.

This wasn’t an upgrade — this was a full rescue mission 😳

We walked into:
❌ Dark, outdated layouts
❌ Worn out fixtures and finishes
❌ Moisture issues + problem areas behind the walls
❌ Spaces that just didn’t flow or feel right

So we did what we do…

👉 Took it down to the bones where needed
👉 Fixed what most people would cover up
👉 Rebuilt all 2.5 bathrooms the RIGHT way

This kitchen needed some serious work when we first walked in.

So we got to it.

✔️ New cabinets
✔️ New flooring
✔️ Stainless appliances
✔️ Fresh paint and finishes

We just gave this yard a glow-up by removing an old, tired fence and replacing it with a brand new cedar beauty. 🌲🪚

The old fence: leaning like it had one too many beers 🍺

🏡Bringing History Back to Life – One Home at a Time🛠️

We had the honor of working with a homeowner who knew the full history of their house, dating back to the early 1900s. Their goal was to stay true to the original character of the home while giving it a much-needed modern update. We were proud to help bring that vision to life.

Here’s what we did:
✅ Stripped away two layers of old siding
✅ Resheeted and house-wrapped the entire home
✅ Installed beautiful new 6” LP SmartSide lap siding
✅ Added 12” LP SmartSide shake shingles to the peaks for that classic look
✅ Converted a rear window into a new set of French doors in the back
✅ Installed a brand-new front door and two new windows (front and back)
✅ Replaced old 4x4 posts with solid 6x6 cedar porch posts
✅ Opened up the porch ceiling and installed 4x6 cedar beams for a bold, natural touch
✅ Finished the front porch peak using reclaimed cedar from the original structure—preserving the past with materials that have stood the test of time.

The end result: A perfect blend of historical charm, and modern craftsmanship.
