🎉🎉Today we recognize Brian Hatridge for 25 years with BCS! 🎉🎉

Brian has always been someone who finds a way to get things done no matter the challenge. One standout moment from James that captures this was when he successfully commissioned the entire Salina Regional Health Center project remotely… long before remote work was the norm. That kind of adaptability and forward-thinking has defined his career.

Over the years, Brian’s growth has come from his flexibility and willingness to take on whatever is needed. He’s built a reputation for being incredibly fast and effective. His ability to deliver solutions quickly is a true superpower that keeps projects moving forward. He’s also the kind of teammate you can always count on. No matter what he has on his plate, Brian is known for dropping everything to support others when it matters most.

Looking ahead, it’s exciting to think about what Brian will accomplish next, especially as he continues to explore new tools like AI and apply his strong programming and problem-solving skills in even bigger ways.
