I went to the doctor on Monday for a routine visit because I had Covid about a month ago and was struggling regaining my strength and the doctor recommended a B12 shot the best move I've made in quite a while my energy and strength came back right away so if you are feeling the same way after having covid I would talk to your doctor about it it was well worth it even though I hate shots
