Fahr Greenhouse, a Solis Agrosciences Company .... Dorothy and Leonard Fahr established Fahr Greenhouse in 1950. The business is still managed by family members, Patrick and Mary Bellrose and Larry Fahr.

In 2022, Fahr Greenhouse has joined with Solis Agrosciences to continue with innovative growing in an eco-friendly way. We are located on St. Albans road in scenic Wildwood, Missouri (West St. Louis County). Currently we have 75,000 square feet of greenhouses and about 3 acres of outdoor production. Our Mission

To produce quality plants that completely satisfy the end user so that they will conti

nue to buy plants from us in the future. To fulfill this mission, Fahr Greenhouse, a Solis Agrosciences Company, has set the following goals:

Attempt to educate ALL of our customers on how to get the best use out of the product they are buying. To produce a product that is of the highest quality. To deliver the product to the customer exactly how and when they want it. Growing Green

Our greenhouse has been using environmentally helpful practices since the 1980’s. These are some of the measures we have taken:

Using renewable, biodegradable pots. Partnered with the Missouri Botanical Garden to recycle CLEAN plastic pots. Using Biomass fuels to heat the greenhouses. Leading the industry in Integrated Pest Management (IPM). Natural Solutions

We are expanding our line of organic products. Our customers have told us about their success with the “Pharm” certified organic pesticides. Natural products work well if careful attention is paid to how and when they are applied. Feel free to ask our staff about proper use of these products.

Nestled among rolling hills and fields in Wildwood, Missouri, Fahr Greenhouse has 75,000 square feet of greenhouses and three acres of outdoor production. In a day an age when the small grower is almost obsolete, we are a family owned grower and have been in business for over 50 years. Dorothy and Leonard Fahr established Fahr Greenhouse in 1950 and the business is still operated by family members Patrick and Mary Bellrose, and Larry Fahr. 📷

From the very beginning, Fahr Greenhouse has prioritized growing beautiful plants in an environment that utilizes both science and environmentally responsible practices. Growing and caring for plants in a sustainable environment is not an easy task, but we are committed to growing local flowers that help the earth, not hurt it.
