My name is Jody and I own "Building My Name", a handyman and home improvement service here in the East Mountains. I also provided 24/7 emergency service which includes a $150 service fee. If we agree on the price the homeowner must provide a 50% deposit up front and the remaining 50% upon completion. READ THE FINE PRINT; Once the job is complete.After 21 days of nonpayment there will be a $1000 service fee, recurring every 21 days.
