✨Sneak peek alert!✨ We just wrapped up a colorful concept design presentation featuring a loungy living room, dining space for 14, refined chapter room, and an inviting entryway, and we’re still swooning over the details. 💚💙

From our favorite bold green vinyl grasscloth wallpaper to the most playful patterned curtains, this space is bursting with personality and function. Blues, greens, and crisp whites set the tone for a vibrant and chapter house.

February recap

February was so busy I forgot to take photos!
It started off with a car accident (I’m okay, car totaled but replaced!), exterior selections for custom homes, and working on tile and tile layouts for showers.

Looking forward- March warms up, so we will finalize architectural plans on homes being built this year so that we can break ground in April.

We had snow! So much snow! While that meant many work from home days it was full of playing outside, hot chocolate, and quality time.

On some of our projects, we finalized flooring, cabinetry, stain colors, and stone selection. Carpet, fabric and furniture layout planning was pushing ahead on other homes.
