Some before and after photos of a full bath remodel we just completed recently. This one was a total tear out. All new subfloor, sheetrock, and insulation. This bathroom didn’t have an exhaust fan, so we added one of those, along with a new tub surround. After drywall and paint we threw in some flooring, trimmed it out, and installed all the fixtures. This was a quick one, and turned out to be quite the transformation!

Here we have a deck in Williamsburg that we just finished some work on!

We tore off all the old railing, posts, decking boards, and removed a gazebo

We picture framed, and returned, everything. These clients went Trex Toasted Sand for their perimeter boards, drink rails, and outside treads. They also chose it for their facia board, and risers!

Decking boards, and inner treads were done with Honey Grove

We put together a 10x10 gazebo kit on top of the new decking, as well

For railings they went with the Timbertech Classic Composite drink rail system. A very involved system, but the end results are pretty unmatched.

We also widens the steps by 12”.

A Beautiful transformation!

A recent kitchen/living room remodel we collaborated on with Coastal Kitchens OBX. New flooring, cabinets, countertops, backsplash, and trim. We enjoyed the opportunity to help out on this one! A breath of fresh air for this beach getaway!

Today we replaced 2 front porch posts that were rotting at the ground level. We took the opportunity to pull all the existing rock out, put down we’d control landscaping fabric, and relay the rock back down. We added a few extra new bags to bring it back to life, and wrapped her back with some fresh lattice. A quick job to keep this porch going for more years to come!

Some before and after of a new deck we just completed! This was a total tear down, and rebuild. This was deck #8 in the last year that we have surfaced with Trex Toasted Sand.
Currently waiting on a permit for #9- stay tuned!
Picture framed, with wooden railings- this deck is ready to be enjoyed once again!

A recent LVP job we completed. Another client who was ready to get rid of the old carpet. The lvp they went with is Edward’s Oak. It’s Always a refreshing feeling to get rid of the old carpet!
