We're often on projects where the owner wants to save money, and decides to go with the lowest priced option. This is rarely what it seems, and more often than not there are costly surprises.
The owner of this project contracted with a company that provided an acid stain and acrylic sealer. When the contractor wouldn't stand behind their failing floor, the owner needed to look elsewhere for a solution.
We were able to grind off the failed colored floor system, and install a durable and attractive polished concrete system. At the end of the day, the owner is happy, but unfortunately the costly mistake of going with a low bidder still stings.

At Zefco Industrial Flooring, we restore, coat, and polish industrial concrete, or remove and replace it when needed. As a strategic partner for your long-term success, we help you capture a vision for your floors and work together to accomplish it with excellence. We don’t just fix things—we make them better, offering durable performance beyond expectations. We understand that a good floor means good business, and we make it easy to work with us
As a nationwide contractor headquartered in Greenville, SC, we typically help industrial managers who tell us they are:
• Frustrated their floors just don't look as good as they used to, even with constant cleaning. Some even say they are embarrassed when visitors drop by.
• Upset the solutions and excuses they're being given for poor performance do not seem to make sense.
• Worried their assets (their floors, walls, and containment areas) are being eroded or corroded away, and will one day fail, maybe even leaking chemicals into the environment.
• Or they are sick and tired of contractors not properly planning and communicating with them, sometimes leaving them with unfinished work, or worse, a shut down, unusable facility.
