ABOUT TXCC:
Although TexCain Construction first broke ground in 2023, that is far from where our expertise begins. With over 28 years experience in both commercial and residential construction, Chad Cain, founder of TexCain Construction, brings his knowledge, experience, and skill to offer trusted services directly to the community. Chad grew up on jobs tagging along with his father and brother, who too were contractors. He went on to receive his first paycheck swinging a sledgehammer installing silk fence, then moving on as a heavy equipment operator, pouring concrete, a foreman at an excavating company, working electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and installing fire systems, all of which were for commercial projects and home builders before becoming a Commercial Superintendent. Over the years Chad Cain has gone on to build structures in our community such as medical facilities, grocery stores, parking structures, office buildings, apartments, and neighborhoods.
For well over a decade Chad has over seen the renovations of thousands of homes currently listed on the housing market all over Harris, Fort Bend, and Montgomery County. He has done so operating as a the senior project manager and Construction manager for all of the Houston Market for major real estate companies which provide quality housing to families in our community. Thousands of renovations completed that consisted of roof replacements, concrete work, and full interior renovations that included kitchen and bathroom remodels, flooring, sheetrock repair, paint, etc. These were all projects which had to be completed to high quality set corporate standards and by a set time frame. His knowledge and expertise and ability to deliver quality work in an impressive turn around time in this field is what sets TexCain Construction apart from other operations offering remodeling services.
Decades in this industry in both markets of residential and commercial construction have allowed Chad Cain to build strong relationships with manufacturers and builders spanning over multiple counties.
