Recently, one of our MST’s was destroyed by an uninsured motorist whom failed to secure a utility trailer properly to their vehicle. By not doing so it detached from their truck at 70mph and left the freeway colliding with our MST. I’ve learned a lot from this incident. Some of the positives are that we have the fleet to support our customers and act within 24hrs to have the unit replaced and back online. Another is a testament to our product. This trailer stayed upright and mostly intact considering the impact. Most importantly, not a single person was injured. By the grace of god, our MST stood in the path of workers on this live job site and stopped the trailer exiting the freeway in its tracks. This incident could have been catastrophic had our MST not been where it was.

One of the very most important things to me at the end of the day is customer service. That will ALWAYS set you apart over and over again from others. It’s never fun losing equipment but in this case I would call it a win. We served our customer to the best of our ability and no one was injured. Happy 2025!😎😎

And by the way….size does matter😂 especially when it comes to a 2” and 2 5/16” trailer hitch. Ask the uninsured motorist who lost his trailer.

You call, we haul😎…..most that know me personally can tell you that customer satisfaction is my #1 priority over everything.

One of our best clients needed additional units on site same day to watch over this 6 acre site. Even though this site is 6 hours away we do what it takes to make it happen. We may be a small security company here in Texas but don’t underestimate us!😉

😎2024 was good to us at The Great State Fair of Texas! We’re always sad to see it come to an end. This year we installed 100+ cameras across fair park for private vendors watching over general areas and vendor booths. All of this equipment is taken down every year on day 25. It’s cleaned, packed up, and stored in our facility until the following year😬. All of this hard work is to help make the fair a safer place for everyone. This year the fair had an estimated 2.4 million attendees in 24 days!!😵‍💫

🤠We’re excited to see what 2025 brings! If you didn’t make it out this year, make sure you make a point to check it out next year….and don’t forget to go go see our friends at Fletcher’s Corny Dogs. Until next year✌️
