Spring Break looks a little different around here 💛

While most kids are playing, this 4-year-old was on the job site making sure we loaded up right! 🚜 Giving backup directions like a seasoned pro and taking his responsibilities very seriously.

Flat Creek Fencing has an opening for a Labor Position – Agricultural Fence Installer and we’re looking for hardworking, motivated individuals to join our crew!

If you’re looking for an opportunity with a reputable fencing company that values quality craftsmanship and teamwork, this could be the job for you.

Position: Fence Installer
Schedule: Part-time (3–4 days per week) with opportunity to grow into full-time

Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
✔️ Installing high-quality agricultural & residential fencing
✔️ Working efficiently as part of a team
✔️ Performing physically demanding tasks, including lifting 50+ lbs

Qualifications:
✔️ Valid driver’s license
✔️ Equipment operating experience is a plus
✔️ Strong work ethic and self-motivation
✔️ Ability to work in various outdoor conditions
