Looking for general laborer with skills related to construction and landscape fields. Must be able to read a tape measure, have transportation to and from work site. Must be available 3 days a week minimum. Must be willing to use power tools and other power equipment or willing to learn.

With one project complete this client hired me for a second project. With their property joining a apartment complex they wanted some extra privacy. We were able to install these great 6x8 Shadowbox fencing. To give it a more complete look they asked for us to cap the fence as well. Turned out great for them. Stay turned for their patio expansion.

The pipes you see in the photos are the plumbing vents that lead to the roof. Somehow the left pipe became detached at some point and was not allowing the moisture to escape. Instead leaving it to run down the interior of the wall creating damage on the framing, flooring, insulation in the ceiling, wall and floor. Originally it was thought to be a leak coming from the roof, but we were able to determine that was not the cause. We did however re-boot the vent pipes on the roof and silicone them for optimal security. We also used an expanding foam in the crawl space to secure the pipes and stop any movement that I believe caused the pipes to become disconnected. The slightly slanted roof was in need of a makeover. Had several leaks that was causing damage to the ceiling below inside. We first scrub the roofing to remove moss growth and debris. Once we were able to clear the roof of all foreign debris we sealed any cracks or holes that were found with a rubber sealing material after the roof was sealed we laid roofing underpayment. After the roof was covered we used meshing to seal the over laps. We then coated the roof in fibered aluminum to give it a durable layer of protection. CALL TODAY FOR YOUR FREE ESTIMATE!! 302-510-2059
