To property owners. Im looking for part time gig doing property maintenance. Im currently a maintenance tech for a large apartment complex in Wilmington. I do maintenance and also paint and remodeling to apartments between tenants. I'm looking for some part time work. (Evenings and weekends) doing the same kind of work. Im also looking for a rental house so I'd be willing to do some work for trade toward a deposit etc. Also let me know if you have something for rent. 2 or 3 bedrooms for just a couple with no kids. We like to have an extra room for an office at least so one bedroom would not do.

Me finally getting out my comfort zone and spraying. Im actually pretty awesome with that sprayer. I will have a mask on and my hair covered next time though. The end result after spraying a whole garage had me looking gray headed. Lmao. The garage looked awesome though which is all that mattered!!

Bae said we are trying to do big things at Early Enterprises. We have worked for people who wouldn't dare spend the money for equipment like this. Instead they put us on 40ft ladders in the beach wind. Safety first at Early Enterprises. Let's get it done. Stay tuned for pictures of what we complete with this equipment.

Bae started out a little nervous about the way we had to set that little giant ladder in that stair way for him to reach the ceiling to install the insulation. Next thing I know Mr. Early went from scared for safety to hanging from the rafters chilling long enough for me to even go down stairs to the truck to get the phone and come back to take pictures. He's silly. Sometimes you got to take a min yo have fun when you are working so hard. Especially when the heat is miserable and conditions aren't the best. You got to have a little fun. This keep morale and motivation going strong!!!
