Fall 2019. (2) Therma Tru entry door installations. Each door custom order/design to customer's chosen color and glass style. Exterior trim is a build-up of composite mouldings made to match the woodwork of this 60+ year old home. Interior door casing is classic Craftsman style. Also installed Anderson window. These doors/window allow for easy operation and added efficiency while not conflicting with the character of this custom home.

Holy Angels Renovation summer 2019. The general goal of this project is to remove the original style wall framing, windows, and exterior panels. In return saving energy, easier usage of windows, and a more modern exterior finish. As GC of this project we held many responsibilities to ensure the job did not exceed our deadline. With teachers reporting back in mid August we had roughly 6 weeks to complete the turn around. We started by handling the Demolition and disposal. Next we moved onto framing, specifications called for fire treated 2x6 walls and 2x12 conventional headers. Exterior sheathed with Densglass 5/8" fiberboard. Windows installed are Anderson 5000 series double hung cased by Royal Mouldings. Once windows are installed and trimmed our Dryvit contractors then began their work. In the end our project was completed on time due to the hard work of all of us involved. We are honored to be given the opportunity to work with a such a fantastic local school and do our part in enhancing an already beautiful campus. June 2019 Sussex deck. Here is a deck we created in the Sandy Brae community. The decking used is a Trex Enhance product, color clamshell. The deck is built to the floor level of this ranch house, requiring footers at certain depths and building permits acquired through Sussex county. After framing and decking the Royal band boards are installed in white color. Completing the design is the custom built Royal lattice panels. Each one is removable to allow access under the deck. Whether it is your new retirement home, or your coastal getaway we as contractors/builders are experienced across our state to bring your design to life.

This original deck was built by owner/president Joe Celano in the mid 1990s. This spring 2019 the deck was taken apart to it's original thumbprint/frame. The deck height was next raised to create a flush finish with the interior finish flooring. The Trex decking is installed with a concealed fastener system. The railing products are Azek Impressions, replicating a classic iron clad design. Final product, a relaxing setting to entertain, enjoy food/beverage, and spend time with your family.

Spring 2019. Demo old, aging screen porch and framing. Re-frame walls for new Plygem vinyl windows and a new Therma Tru entry door. Inside walls insulated, sheetrocked. Next step was the tile floor. After flooring was complete windows and doors cased. Once complete we installed moulding on walls to create a raise panel design, with semi gloss spray finish. Moving outside fascia boards are wrapped with aluminum and Mastic liberty elite siding making much less external maintenance.

Another day another walk in! We always feel privileged to be welcomed back by a return customer! On this project, she decided she wanted to update her aging second bathroom. We started by removing the existing bathtub, toilet, vanity and tile floor. We then went over a few layouts with the customer and made a change or two along the way. After the tile arrived we went straight to work on the shower then the floor which is heated with a nuheat mat and a programmable thermostat. The lighted medicine cabinet was a nice touch by our customer also! As always we hope you enjoy looking at our work and hope everyone had a safe and wonderful summer!

Entry Doors. This business has been a staple in our community for close to 100 years. Our team was brought in to Design and install a modern style French entry door, that when complete would match the character and integrity of this century year old architecture. This job required (3) Anderson Architectural series entry doors with side lites. Each door surround would re-framed to accept Royal Mouldings. Other exterior trim would include mouldings by Fypon. Hardware is an aged bronze. What an honor it is for our remodeling, management and design skills to,be trusted by such well known successful businesses in our area. Thank you.

Reminiscing of a past basement renovation from 2018. Our customer had a great vision of a design for the active "unfinished" room. A full bathroom added, stairway redesigned, acoustic drop ceiling installed, and custom framing around windows/ductwork. The comfort of this new living area will serve as a great room to relax, entertain, and enjoy for years to come! A big thank you to our great customers!
