Holy Angels Renovation summer 2019. The general goal of this project is to remove the original style wall framing, windows, and exterior panels. In return saving energy, easier usage of windows, and a more modern exterior finish. As GC of this project we held many responsibilities to ensure the job did not exceed our deadline. With teachers reporting back in mid August we had roughly 6 weeks to complete the turn around. We started by handling the Demolition and disposal. Next we moved onto framing, specifications called for fire treated 2x6 walls and 2x12 conventional headers. Exterior sheathed with Densglass 5/8" fiberboard. Windows installed are Anderson 5000 series double hung cased by Royal Mouldings. Once windows are installed and trimmed our Dryvit contractors then began their work. In the end our project was completed on time due to the hard work of all of us involved. We are honored to be given the opportunity to work with a such a fantastic local school and do our part in enhancing an already beautiful campus. Thank you to all contractors who helped us along the way, without you we could not do it.
