Courtney here, and I’m officially back behind the camera and creating content for M&W. This kitchen was the perfect project to return with.

This historic Batavia home originally had its kitchen upstairs. Derek and Sandy chose to relocate it into an existing downstairs room, creating a more functional layout while preserving the character of the home.

Keep swiping to see the original 3D rendering and the room we started with, the transformation is hard to believe.

Our marine blue cabinetry, quartz countertops, brushed gold finishes, statement lighting, and patterned flooring came together to create a sleek modern kitchen that feels right at home in this historic property.

This Cincinnati kitchen remodel took a dated, closed off layout and transformed it into a clean, functional space built for everyday living and entertaining.

This space features:
* Classic Cream shaker cabinets + Marine Blue island
* Quartz countertops with subtle veining
* Custom built breakfast nook with butcher block table
* 3x12 wavy subway tile backsplash
* Under cabinet lighting throughout
* New hardwood flooring + refinished existing
* Full electrical, plumbing, and trim updates

From demo to final detail, everything was handled from start to finish.

This bathroom renovation took place inside a historic home in Augusta, Kentucky, where the goal was to blend modern functionality with materials that feel timeless and appropriate for the home.

The space features:

• Gloss black subway tile
• Deep burgundy tile with a deep burgundy accent
• Polished brass plumbing fixtures
• Vintage-style console sink
• Black and white floor tile
