LOCATION CHANGE/UPDATE

Morning y’all! As many of you know, we are moving our office/storefront to a new location in Wi******er! Our beloved 208 Weems Lane location has served and blessed us for 20ish years and we are so grateful to Abbacare for a great relationship during that time.

We will be CLOSED today (4/28) and phone lines may be in and out this morning and our IT team works with Comcast to get everything switched over.

We will be working today to get the new address posted on here and all the other places. We appreciate everyone’s patience during this transition and as always, are beyond grateful for the communities support for the last 35 years. None of this would exist without our wonderful customers and their even more wonderful pets. It’s truly a blessing to do what we do and we are grateful God chose us to do it.

With that said, have a fantastic Thursday and reach out with any questions!

A MESSAGE REGARDING COVID-19:

We are closely monitoring the evolving impact of COVID-19 on our community and taking the necessary precautions to do our part in helping to "flatten the curve" of the virus. We will continue business operations and serve our customers and their pets during this challenging time, but will be implementing several temporary changes in order to keep our Invisible Fence Brand family healthy.

EXISTING CUSTOMERS:
1. Our technicians are available for any of your service needs at your homes. They are following safety protocols as recommended by our corporate office. Should you need service, please call our office at 540-678-0400 and we will schedule an appointment that works with your schedule.
2. Our office is closed to walk-in traffic. However, we will be present and available to assist you with your walk-in needs - we ask that prior to coming or when you arrive, please call us at 540-678-0400 so we can discuss your needs over the phone. We can fill your orders or test equipment promptly while you wait in the parking lot. If you need to place an order, we are happy to ship out orders as usual - we can take a credit card payment over the phone and send you a receipt via text message or email. Our hours of operation are normal as of now: 9-5 pm Monday through Friday, and 9-12 pm on Saturday.

NEW CUSTOMERS:
1. If you are interested in receiving information and an estimate on an Invisible Fence Brand solution for your pets, we thank you for your interest and for supporting local business! Please call us at 540-678-0400 and we can set up a time for a detailed consultation via telephone.
