BIC Contracting is a luxury residential remodeling company specializing in kitchens, bathrooms, basements, and whole-home renovations throughout North Atlanta. We are known for exceptional craftsmanship, transparent communication, and creating spaces that improve the way our clients live.
We are seeking a talented Kitchen & Bath Designer who can guide homeowners from concept through selections and help turn design ideas into signed remodeling projects.
Responsibilities
* Meet with homeowners during consultations
* Create kitchen and bathroom layouts
* Develop 3D renderings and presentations using SketchUp, 2020 Design, Chief Architect, or similar software
* Assist clients with cabinetry, tile, plumbing, lighting, countertop, and finish selections
* Work closely with project managers and production teams
* Prepare design presentations and estimates
* Help clients make confident decisions and move projects forward
Qualifications
* 1+ years of kitchen, bath, or residential design experience
* Experience with remodeling projects preferred
* Strong knowledge of cabinetry and space planning
* Experience with SketchUp, 2020 Design or similar software
* Excellent communication and client-facing skills
* Portfolio of completed projects
Compensation
* Commission + Design Fees
