The Peterson family has been serving the Des Moines area for over 50 years. Our founder, Bob Peterson worked his way thru college in the 1960’s at Drake University painting homes in the Drake area and South of Grand. Years of Iowa weather can really take a toll.

The back side of the Rochester Armored Car building was more than ready for a refresh, so our team got to work with mortar repairs, scraping and repainting the brick and railings, and finishing it all off with a protective coating to help it stand up to whatever the seasons bring next.

Now this building is not only looking sharp again but is also better protected for years to come.

Not every job is easy, but every job gets done right.

The Hamilton Apartments in Des Moines was one of our trickier projects, since getting lift access to the painted surfaces took some real problem-solving.

Our team coordinated with both commercial neighbors to make it happen, power washing the building's brick and repainting both the front and back so this Grand Avenue landmark looks fresh and well cared for again.

A big thank you to the neighboring businesses for working with us and helping bring this project across the finish line!
