Well, after a lot of thought and prayer, it is time to hang up ( give up the tools ) ole Jack!! It has been a great run and God has been so good to my family and I. I’ve been thankful that I’ve had the knowledge and skills to help so many of my large number of customers over the years save money and that I could help make their dreams come to fruition without breaking their bank. Thank all of you for your support over the years from Georgia, Texas and Colorado.
God is good !!!!

Well, I’m changing gears as a business as I get older !!!
I will only be remodeling small bathrooms at this point. A small bathroom normally consists of a 5’ tub, a small vanity as well as a toilet ( maybe 5’ X 10-12’ room ). A normal gut and redo would run about $9,500 ( with allowances ). Other contractors are charging $30K and up. I will also be doing replacement windows to my lists of projects that I will continue to install for customers. These big window companies are charging exorbitant prices to the public. I was $6000 less than a big window companies for a 16 window replacement job, and I didn’t have to remove the siding like the customer was told had to be done !! My next opening date is in June 2024. Well, the progress this week. Installed 19/32 OSB over the existing subfloor after the old carpet was removed. The OSB will bring the old subfloor level to the tile that is throughout the main level. New luxury vinyl flooring with be installed throughout the main level.
