Obviously I get TONS of frame ads on here. But this one caught my eye.. how could they advertise "quality" and directly next to it show an open miter? Yes these are corner samples, but should your sales examples not be absolutely perfect? I'll give them a small break as they are a manufacturer and I'm sure any reputable framer would never leave a corner in this manner.

I decided to remake the frame I made for this record. I realized that it was a mistake to not show the record itself. With that it mind, I set out to display it with better perspective. I think it was 100% the correct call. Here is the final rendition! Maple and Mahogany

Todays project is this sleek maple and mahogany frame made to display this copy of Connie Francis, Pretty Little Baby Single. Still need to mount it and get the glass cut, but the woodworking part is finished! 8" rabbet to fit the 7" cover, will have the small boarder of the Mahogany mat. I placed some mahogany corner splines as well to add a little something extra to it.
