Another project from this week is the best donut shop around! We stained this when it was built with natural oil based stain which usually requires maintenance after a couple of years due to wear from weather and sun exposure. We went back with Sherwin-Williams Woodscapes solid in Ember to even out the wood tones and give it longevity. We love the update!

We went from faded green to Sherwin Williams Balanced Beige on this gorgeous home. We color matched the trim to the garage doors with this rich, beautiful Turkish Coffee Duration Satin which accented the brick perfectly. 
We did a lot of epoxy and fixing on the wood. Cement filler on cracks of walls and siding. Painted shutters, gutters and downspouts to match! We love this beautiful update, which gives the house a whole fresh new look for some great people that were great to work with!

Another downtown business with a makeover! We love how new this building looks! We thought this was the perfect job to show what really goes into a painting project!
Store front:
DTM oil based acrylic enamel
Boomlift
Guards
Spray Gun and someone very skilled working it so the neighbors don’t also get their buildings painted. 😉
Tape off awning, scrape, caulk, wire brush, oxidize if needed.

Back building:
Full scrape, cut out old caulking, recaulk, epoxy, reglaze, tape off windows & doors, wire brush rust, replace rotted boards, w**d eat around building, blow off ground, spray with loxon primer where needed, spray with duration Sherwin Williams exterior paint.

Have a generator because there is rarely power downtown. Have a water key to clean out paint gun. So much equipment and prep goes into these jobs before any painting begins. Professional painters know the prep and final touches are so important.

This month we are at Cumbernauld Village in Winfield. We just gave this house a fresh new paint job, we did it 10 years ago this month also. We are contracted out and we paint four or five of their houses every year, they paint all of their houses every 10 years to keep them looking perfect.  The new owner of this house just added this very cool door knocker after we finished up, it makes the whole house! 
This is one of our favorite places to paint, it is so beautiful and peaceful out here, and the people are awesome!

If you drive down Main Street you’ll see our latest project with a full refresh of the front of the Marquee and silver flag pole. We painted this back to the original color that was painted in 1957, with maroon Sherwin-Williams Pro industrial acrylic oil based enamel. Another beautiful transformation! I had fun helping the owner pick these colors and his guys did an awesome job on the front porch!
