Today was the perfect day for going on a native plant walk and foraging.

There’s something magical about stepping off the beaten path and into the forest—slowing down, breathing in the fresh air, and discovering the incredible native plants growing all around us. 🍃

Foraging connects us to the land. It’s a chance to learn which plants are edible, medicinal, and useful. Every walk becomes a lesson in nature’s abundance. 🌱✨

But with foraging comes respect: know before you harvest. Learn to identify plants with certainty, take only what you need, leave plenty behind for wildlife and future growth.

Strawberry Festival at the Market is Saturday, June 6. Celebrate the end of the school year with some strawberry everything in the Commons. Live music with Antonio Andrade, hit & miss engine making homemade ice cream and our very own Strawberry Mascot greeting you with treats.
