In 2005, I learned to pressure wash after my trip to Africa because of the ridiculously high estimate I received to clean my house. The amount of money I was being quoted, I realized I could buy my own machine then do it myself. I went to YouTube university, and joined several pressure washing Facebook groups. My first pressure washer was brought for Sam’s Club for $350. I washed my house then started washing houses and cars of family and friends for free or at a deep discount to learn and capture content. With the profits, I reinvested to upgrade my equipment. I’ve seen companies buy 20k start up rigs and pass on the expenses to customers. However, with me building one brick at a time it allows me to offer affordable prices to homeowners.
