Gardner Exterior Services L.L.C. is looking to add to both of our crews. One crew is gunna be preforming turn-key renovations on rentals. The other crew performs rental rehabs. One position is for a crew leader. This position is for the remodeling crew. Job duties include but are not limited to dry wall repair, basic plumbing, basic electrical, flooring, minor trim repair, deck replacement, fencing repair/installation, and retaining wall installation/replacement.



Must have basic tool knowledge, the ability to read a tape measure, and must be organized. It is preferred that you have remodeling or handy man experience. Reliable transportation, basic tools, and working cell phone are required. Pay is based on previous experience.
