A sixth generation Floridian, Marnie Sorensen has been in the interior design field for more than 30 years. Marnie majored in fine arts at the University of Central Florida, and her co
ntinued studies abroad have greatly influenced her work. Her involvement with several of the top interior design firms in Florida, awarded her the opportunity to showcase her work before opening her own firm in 2002. With her showroom and office based in Winter Park, Marnie focuses on residential and model home merchandising throughout the south east. Over the years, Marnie has captured numerous honors including the Aurora, Golden Aurora, Excel, FAME, MAME, Sand Dollar and Best in American Living Awards. Her work has been showcased in Florida Design, Professional Builder and Southern Living magazines. Her work also appeared in the Southern Living Idea House at Celebration, Florida and was subsequently featured in the magazine.
