WE PINKY PROMISE, this is our last "new baby goat post" of the year. Kidding season is finally over. 😪 Olive delivered three giant babies with ease, one doeling and two bucklings! This concludes a very successful kidding season for us. With that, one more time, what should we name Olive's three babies?

We're so grateful we get to collaborate with teachers from Milwaukee Public Schools. It's extremely rewarding to be able to see students hatch eggs, care for the chicks, and truly appreciate them. It is an honor that we are given this opportunity to positively impact their learning experience. This is an experience that some will remember forever. We appreciate you teachers 😭❤️

I was confused why there was a goat out in one of the paddocks since it was fenced off. It was a white-tailed deer and her fawn. She must have his her fawn inside a goat paddock since it's safe there. If you look closely you can see her fawn slowly crawling towards her. The goats, specifically Halloween, were a little spooked.

The koi survived winter, now they must survive the herons 😭 Their first feeding of the year! The water temperature is finally warm enough for them to start nibbling on food! We'll see if feedings and warmth will encourage them to spawn this year!

Not a "more baby goats on the farm" post, but rather a baby white-tailed deer. We stumbled upon this beautiful fawn while taking the goats out to the marsh area to graze. Do not worry, the goats and humans did not touch or interact with this cutie. 20 minutes later and they had already left this very obvious hiding spot. We hope to stumble upon a leucistic (white) fawn in the future! There's a large population of them in central Wisconsin!
