I've always loved New Hampshire's lakes region. In 1997, I moved here with my family and founded Rourke Builders. Since then, I've developed five subdivisions and built 20 waterfront homes. When you’ve been building in the same area for as long as I have, you become part of the community’s growth. Since I work, live and have raised my children here, I connect with the
