Lineage Of DMV Masonry: The Genesis of DMV Masonry began here with the construction of this structure. The Elwye Center located at 17932 Fraley Blvd. Dumfries, VA. 22026. This was a 14 month masonry boot camp for me, with my Father's Business Ennis Masonry being my branch of service.

In 1985 a short time after Graduating from Courtland High School in Spotsylvania, Va. this was the first commercial project that I was assigned to. And every masonry unit in this structure which equals to thousands and thousands of units were laid by Ennis Masonry of which my brothers, my uncle and myself were the nucleus.

Five stories in front and seven stories in the back, it was a great learning experience for a new masonry recruit. Moreover, much of my baptism into masonry was completed here with the constant montra of "Take Pride In Your Work" which was shouted at me constantly on a daily or weekly basis throughout my first 14 months of employment.

And that directive is what we carry on today at DMV Masonry. "We Take Pride In Our Work". Every structure, every building, every edifice, shall be constructed with care, attention, and detail in accordance with all Federal, State, and Local Statues. This is our pledge, and promise to our customers.
