Door, Window and Cabinet Installers WANTED
Full Time Employee and/or Subcontractor Position
Subcontractor pay based on pricing structure.
Full-Time employee pay based on experience.
NJA Remodeling is an installation PROvider for a large Home Improvement store, and we are seeking highly skilled door, window and cabinet installers to maintain a heavy workload as direct NJA employees as well as subcontractors. We currently have a high volume of installations and are seeking be best in the business. The ideal candidate must have a positive attitude, be a team player and most importantly an outstanding work ethic. Must maintain the highest level of quality control, craftsmanship and professionalism.
Our company is based in Woodbridge; however, we service many areas across the state of NJ.
We are seeking installers in the following areas:
• Egg Harbor Township
• Holmdel
• Hamilton
• Bergen
• West Windsor
• Mt. Olive
• Brick Township
• Eatontown
• Marlboro
• Toms River
• Hillsborough
• Woodbridge
• Howell
• East Brunswick • Hanover
• Jersey City
• Union
• East Rutherford
• Butler
• Hampton Township
• Manahawkin
• Paterson
• Manchester
• Paramus
• Bayonne
• Piscataway
• Cape May
All subcontractors will be required to hold their own GL and WC insurance policies and provide a COI upon hire as well as sign a subcontractor agreement.
Job Requirements for all applicants:
• Must have experience installing all types of doors, windows, kitchen cabinets, bathroom vanities
• MUST pass a background screening (principal of company as well as each crew member)
• Must have a valid driver’s license
• Possession of tools and reliable transportation to job sites.
• Ability to pick up doors (including oversized doors), windows, trim and transport to jobsite on day of install.
• Ability to remove and dispose of construction debris from each jobsite.
• Reliable, dependable and able to adhere to installation dates for customers, scheduled in house via our office staff.
• Willingness to complete the project on time.
• Professional and informative to the customers.
• Must always maintain excellent communication with the office staff.
• Must be able to read and understand construction drawings.
• Capable of climbing on ladders and carrying at least 85 pounds.
• Must have basic computer skills to ensure communication via office software, provided by NJA
• Must have excellent communication skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Must be lead safe certified and have full knowledge of lead safe practices or willingness to obtain a lead certification.
