As the Portfolio manager you take care of logistics and communications of the day to day of the business. Logistics covers:
- Customer Information gathering
- Project Scope
- scheduling Estimates
- scheduling Installation
- supply management
- marketing leads
- social media updates
- Drawing Layout
- Creating Estimates
- Followup with customer
- Manage Phone/Cell for all communications
- Voice/Text/Email Communications

A well organized individual is highly highly encouraged. This business is a fast moving process environment. From project scope approval - one week turn over (normally)

On the job training for all inventory materials and specifications. You will be taught how to do an estimate from beginning to end which includes drawing calculations calculations and cost write-up.

Bilingual is a must. (SPANISH/ENGLISH)

Sales background and etiquette is preferred.

Portfolio manager is key element for client base, to build portfolio and manage.

This is a in person office position. You will have a computer and cell phone provided for what for work use only.
