This is called a Flare. It happens sometimes when cutting glass. This one is very big and easy to see. Most are so small they are invisible. They are next level sharp. Beyond razor sharp. You don't even feel it. You just say "hey, why am I bleeding?".

That's why we always sand the edges. 🙂
