Cranston Painting and Wallcovering, has been incorporated since April 2001. Before that, the business was a sole proprietorship known as Jane Cranston Painting and Wallpaper. We are a non-union company and we carry the necessary insurances. We employ experienced painters and wall-covering applicators as needed and consistantly monitor the quality of work. Daryl and Jane are owner/operators so as s

uch one or both will likely be on each work site. Our company does about 40% residential and 60% commercial. Services we offer are; wall-covering removal and application, stain, sealers, varnishes, enamels, most types of paint applications, spray, as well as brush and roller. We also spray texture, both acoustical and knock-down and faux finish ceiling and wall design with an assortment of paint and plaster products. Cranston does most small to medium sheetrock and plaster repair, including water damage. Our company also has and will contract larger sheetrock and plaster projects and sub contract carpentry projects. Some of our past commercial projects were; Sacred Heart Church, Jesus is Lord Church, Holy Trinity School, Hill Murray Field House, The MN State Fair Newspaper Museum, Various Good Samaritan and Dakota County CDA Elderly Living and Nursing projects, both interior and exterior including underground garages and the common areas of projects as large as 65 unit elderly living facilities. Other projects were; the Sanctuary ceilings and walls at the First Baptist Church, three floors at Hastings's Con-Agra Mill, dental offices, law offices, Dairy Queen, health spas and tanning salons, condominimus, and also numerous interior and exterior resedential projects. In April of 2006 we completed a historical project in Connecticut (Sara Porters Home), a three story building over 200 years old. Also we now except Credit Cards.

Our event was a success despite the weather, thanks to all who came out! We had a variety of creative builds and if you couldn't make it, there's still an opportunity to be showcased at our next event, Back to those Days September 21. You won't want to miss it.

PSA: We may just have to bring back the Low Class Society IPA Thanks to everyone who tried our new beer, WE JUST ABOUT SOLD OUT !
