For the expansion of this kitchen the wall between the kitchen and dining room was totally removed. An enlarged island allows seating for the whole family while maintaining space for a formal dining table. And the most interesting dining chairs I’ve come across yet-the backs swivel 😊 Add in a dry-bar for entertaining and it seems a very functional space for 4, or 40!

It has been a busy year for kitchen remodeling @ B&N. We re-worked the refrigerator placement near the most often used door in the house for easier passage as well as altering the pantry door setup (bi-folds became bi-slides). A functional space is always an enjoyable space. Doesn't hurt that this gorgeous "Lightouse" finish compliments the island and oak floors so nicely
