Another one in the books ✅

• Completely gutted and remodeled the kitchen/dining room with all new appliances
• Opened up the wall to the living room and installed an LVL beam
• Repainted the living room
• Replaced 1,600 sq ft of flooring and new baseboards throughout the entire house

I can’t stress enough how important it is to properly vet your contractors. I’ve seen too many cases where large deposits are taken and jobs aren’t finished, or hourly work gets dragged out longer than necessary. This particular job was the latter.

Not only does this create stress for the homeowner, but it also makes things harder for contractors who take pride in their work and have to come in behind others to fix it. Save yourself the hassle and get quality work done right the first time by hiring me from the start.

Most importantly, the homeowner was pleased with the finished product. Thank you, Isaac, for trusting me with your project!

Project Scope:
✅Removed tape from cracked sheetrock seams, re-screwed to prevent sagging and future cracking, then retaped and floated
✅Centered the light fixture above the dining table
✅Installed recessed lighting
✅Repainted the entire room
✅Built a cover for the Vent-A-Hood duct (stain still to come)
