One thing we always tell our clients is that you never know what you will find during demolition. So, always prepare for an unexpected repair to be made.
This is a prime example. When we removed the vanity light fixture we found that it had been hung through the main sewer vent pipe.
The homeowners said they had always smelled sewage in that bathroom and always wondered why. Well, this is why. 😬

We call this kitchen ‘Fully Loaded’! This kitchen renovation required a little more creativity with the design process. The original 90’s style cabinets had an angled wall which all cabinet manufactures have phased out. We squared off the cabinet design without having to move or modify the wall behind it to easy function and maximize storage.

When we came into this kitchen renovation it had already been attempted by two contractors. The homeowners were defeated not once but twice by poor craftsmanship and poor work integrity, and the worst part they paid for it.
We took everything down and started over.
We were then able to put it back together the way it should have been done the first time.
We added custom trim and crown molding to the upper cabinets to elevate the look of the cabinets.
We take pride in our work and built our small business on our integrity, experience and craftsmanship.
